Travel Arrangements and Documentation Guidelines:
Before embarking on your journey, it is crucial to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents in order. These may include passports, travel documents, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour vouchers, among others, whether in electronic or physical form. These documents serve as confirmation of your arrangements with the respective service providers.
Please be aware that travel documents might come with specific conditions and restrictions, such as being non-refundable, non-date-changeable, and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. Additionally, it’s important to note that all travel documents are non-transferable, and each airline ticket must be issued under the exact name as stated in your passport. Any discrepancies in the names provided on your documentation will be your responsibility if not brought to our attention at the time of booking.
For your peace of mind, we strongly advise collecting all travel documents from Aria World prior to your departure. This way, you can review the information and ensure everything is in order for a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
Baggage Allowances:
We provide the following baggage allowances per passenger:
First Class: 40 kg of complimentary baggage allowance
Business Class: 30 kg of complimentary baggage allowance
Economy Class: 20 kg of complimentary baggage allowance
Please be aware that passengers traveling to certain countries or via specific routes might face restrictions on carrying electronic devices in the cabin. In such cases, these devices may need to be checked in. The transfer of baggage is also subject to the customs and immigration regulations of the transit and destination countries.
Upon your arrival at the first port of entry, you might be required to collect your baggage and go through customs and immigration procedures.
It’s essential to note that both check-in and cabin baggage allowances are determined by the baggage policy of the respective airline. For more detailed information, please visit the airline’s website. In the event of a multi-airline journey, your baggage may not be checked through, so we recommend consulting an Aria World consultant for specific information.
For travel to and from the United State of America, the free baggage allowance may include up to 2 pieces per person. For precise dimensions and weight information, please reach out to an Aria World consultant.
